IUTB, very true bbbbbbut(everybody got their big buts), we have a rather new factor to add to the same old story and that is we are in the information age, the internet spells doom for the WT, they thrive on indoctrinating ignorance into peoples mines and making them slaves to the corporation's whims, how long can that go on?
The courts of many countries are coming down on the WT, their internet presents is very weak, in fact it is exposing them as delusional, cruel, religious fanatics.
The way I see it in today's day and age they can't last a 1000 years like before the information age, intelligence is increasing exponentially not just linearly. At this rate they are doomed.

Sounds like really good legal advice I hope they take it. The courts are really slamming them because they are an arrogant uncooperative repeat offender they need a new image one of heartful sorrow over the damage they have caused in the past. I don't think there are any half measures one can take in this thing, admission of guilt and a turn around in procedures is the way.

Where is the thread on the WT hiring outside Law firms? Those in power maybe overriding the Governing Body's wishes or maybe this was suggested to them in some business course they took in how to run a non profit corporation who really knows. But it is about time they started relying on worldly lawyers their in house legal team are worthless, and are nothing but Governing Body yes men, look at all the trouble they let the Governing Body get into, and even gave illegal advice about handling child molestations inside the congregation to elders(they need to be fired).
I think the WT in house legal council may have great difficulty representing them in court because I'm thinking the courts are going to revoke their priviledges to practice because of this bad legal council they have been caught giving in the Montana case, so it maybe bye bye to these inhouse guys and worldly(Satan's) lawyers all the way in the very near future.
And quite possibly a complete restructure of power and responsibility?
